Donald Joseph Resha

Donald Joseph Resha, age 86, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019. Born Wednesday, November 9, 1932 in Nashville, Tennessee, he is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Olga Zarzour Resha, children, Donna Faye Resha and Johnnie Anthony Resha. Mr. Resha served in the US Army, he sold cars and insurance before retiring from Ford Glass after 10 years; his passion was his family but he also enjoyed playing cards and talking about cars. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Alice Faye Smith Resha; children, Donnie (Sherrie)Resha, Joey (Gina) Resha, Renee Minchey (Tommy), Cathey (Doyle)McClung, Toby (Cheryl) Resha, Donna Resha (Heather); sisters, Sylvia Resha, Elaine (Stan) Bagg; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be conducted Thursday, May 16, 2019 in the chapel at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Deacon Ted Welsh officiating. Family and friends will gather to remember Mr. Resha at a gathering Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 11:00 until the 1:00 service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 South Dickerson Road Goodlettsville, Tennessee
