Judy Marlene Kimball

KIMBALL, JUDY MARLENE. age 77, died Saturday, June 21, 2019 at the McLaren Regional Medical Center Flint surrounded by her daughter and grandchildren. Memorial Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 28, 2019 at the Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc, MI. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Judy was born January 8, 1942 in Hadley, MI to parents Berton A. and Florence F. (Schierlinger) Slieff. Judy graduated from Grand Blanc High School in 1960. She worked at the High School Main Office, being hired after graduation. She continued to work for the Grand Blanc Schools until her retirement, at age 55. She worked at Reid Elementary after several years at the High School, then transferred to Indian Hills Elementary , where she worked until retirement. Judy enjoyed bowling, making ceramics and sport of almost any kind. She loved to watch football, baseball and basketball, both pro and college, as well as tennis and the Olympics. Judy was a wonderful grandmother to her daughter’s children. Surviving are daughter Kathy Theiss,; grandson Aaron (Cassie Flores) Holbrook; granddaughter Andrea (Josh) Willard; great-grandchildren Jessica and Aden Willard, Greyson Holbrook, Kaleb and Joshua Beagle; sister Vivian (Jack) Phalen; brother David (Beverly) Slieff.
