Richard John Hetzer II

HETZER, Richard John II of Clio died tragically in an automobile accident Friday May 10, 2019 in Burton, MI. John was born to the late Richard John Sr. and Laurie (Severn) Hetzer on July 12, 1978 in Flint, MI. John had resided in the Clio/Mt. Morris area his entire life. He married Alicia Herrera February 14, 2005. Alicia had a daughter Brittany Herrera. Together they had 3 children, Monica Lynn, Miranda Paige and Richard John III (RJ). John enjoyed fishing cooking and spending time with family and friends. A service will be held Friday May 17, 2019 at 4 pm at the Hill Funeral Home 11723 S Saginaw St, Grand Blanc, MI. Visitation will begin Friday at 2 pm until the time of the service at 4pm. John leaves to cherish his memory: wife; Alicia (Herrera) Hetzer. Children; Brittany (Aaron) Vandercook, Miranda Paige and Richard John III (RJ). mother; Laurie (Doug) Mansfield. sister; Jennifer (Jeff) Liebengood. grandchildren; Parker, Oliver and Addison Vandercook. grandmothers; Carolyn (McCaslin) Hetzer and Grace (Sova) Severn. Many family and friends. John was preceded in death by his grandfather Neil Severn, his daughter Monica Lynn, his father Richard John Sr. and his grandfather Richard E. Hetzer.
