Lucy "Pat" Patricia Woods-Wakeford

Patricia Passed away peacefully on November 29, 2018 at Idlewyld Manor, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late David Wakeford (2011). Dear sister of Marguerite Bradford. Lovingly remembered by special niece Cindy Allen (David), and step-daughter Louise Anderson (Russell), and family. Pat was the second youngest child of the late William and Lucy Woods. She is predeceased by brothers Jack, Philip, Donald, George and Frank, and sisters Grace Graham and Anne Salverda. Pat was a dedicated hairdresser for 50 years, and the Junior Choir Leader at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church for 25 years. Pat married her high school sweetheart at the age of 58 and spent 25 loving years with her David. They loved their life at St. Elizabeth's Village. Much thanks to Idlewyld Manor where Pat spent the last 18 months, for the compassion and care. Special thanks to Cindy for her daily and constant devotion to Pat, and to dear friend Ica Smith for her dedication and support. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Thursday, December 6, from 9:30 a.m. until time of memorial service at 11 a.m. in the chapel.
