After a long and Happy Life Marven passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital on March 11, 2019 at the young age of 94.He will be Reunited with the Love of His Life, His Wife Gladys.
Sadly missed by Daughter Debora Epifano and Son (in law) Giuliano, Grandson Brandon and his Wife Hailey, Great Grandchildren Kodi, "Barefoot" Elliott Marven and Stella Jean who lit up his life with Her Smiles as he Tickled her toes. Now he will be Tickling Emma Lucia's toes along with Great Grandma. Special Grandson Nathan will miss his Long Drives to Burlington with Grandpa to Visit Grandma.
Also missed by Daughter Wendy Fidanza and her Husband Tony, Grandchildren Alicia (Brent), Baby Evelyn & Baby Lucy, Natalie (Matthew), Giordano (Alicia) and Baby Olivia.
Marven attended to His Award winning Garden Full Time after Retirement from Stelco with 34.5 years of Dedicated Service. Including Over Time & Shift Work!
Survived by Sisters Helen, and Rita and In-Laws Lorraine and Robert Mickleborough, Teresa, Rudy and Jack. Reunited with Parents Gertrude and Wilfred. Siblings Joseph, Reggie, Stan, Eileen, Teresa, Wilfred, Leonard, Leo and Raymond. In-Laws Andrew and Agatha Ellert, Erbin, Kathleen, Wilfred, Helen, Rita, Simon, Lloyd, Ernie, Eileen, Alice and Rose.
Visitation will be held at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street E. (at Kenilworth) on Friday, March 15th from 4-8pm with Vigil Prayers to be said at 7:45pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Church,128 Edgemont St South on Saturday, March 16th at 10am. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.In lieu of flowers Donations to Rygiel Homes would be appreciated by the family.
