Rhona Eunice Trott

It is with profound sadness we announce the unexpected passing of our mother Rhona Trott at her home in Hamilton. Rhona taught French with the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board and at Hillfield Strathallan College. She was a long time member of, and participant with the Hamilton Olympic Club, CANUSA Games Track & Field Committee, and an active volunteer with many community services, groups, and Track & Field associations. She will be deeply missed by her daughter Aleya (Bryce Akey), son Caaleb, sisters Elaine Moore (Darryl Secret), Jeanne McCallum (Brian), Lauren Foote (James), and brothers James Bulger (Arlene Wiggins) and Gord Bulger. She will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families as well as her extended families and friends in Scotland, England, and Bermuda. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave E., Hamilton, on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Sackville Hill Seniors Centre (780 Upper Wentworth St., Hamilton) from 11a.m. - 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations In Memory/In Honour of Rhona Trott to the Provincial Fund of KidSport Ontario or a charity of your choice.
