Phillip Wayne Wheeler, 79, passed away on September 29, 2019 in St. Pauls, NC. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Margaret, his children, Harry and Billy Ray Wheeler, his grandchildren, Amanda Wheeler, David Wheeler, and April Wheeler, and his great-grandchildren Noah and Angel Carter. Phillip also leaves behind his brothers and sisters. Phillip loved to fish and travel around the country. He will be missed.
