Irma Bacskai

Irma Magdalene Bacskai 1927-2018 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great grandmother Irma Bacskai. Irma immigrated to Canada from Hungary when she was two years old and her parents and her settled in Saskatchewan until Irma married and she moved to Manitoba, then finally settling in Kenora, Ontario. Irma was predeceased by her parents Nicolas and Elizabeth Domotor, her husband Leslie Bacskai, two brothers and one sister. She leaves to mourn six children, Rita (Bob), Magdalene (Ken), Mary (Terry), Nick (Val), Jack and Louie (Gail), thirteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Pinecrest Home for the Aged for the care of our mother, also to all who visited her.
