William Durvil Lewellen

William “Willie” Lewellen, age 56, passed away on October 4, 2019 in French Lick, Indiana, due to ill health. He was born on September 22, 1963 in Kokomo, Indiana to the late Phillip Eugene Lewellen and Janice (Young) White. Willie was a member of the Eagles and the American Legion. He was also an avid Bingo player and loved all of his Bingo buddies. He spent several years working and traveling with the carnival as a ride operator. Willie is survived by his common law wife, Robyn Bales; children, Maddie Holcomb and Phillip Holcomb; sisters, Iris Lewellen and Beth Cayce; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Willie was preceded in passing by a stepfather and two sisters. There will be a public visitation for Willie held at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 15th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
