Walter James Murphy

Jim passed away peacefully at Langley Memorial Hospital. Jim was born in Souris, Manitoba, one of seven children born to James and Doris Murphy. His sense of humour, kindness, strong character and integrity will be forever remembered. Family was the pivotal essence of Jim’s life. He was a proud, loving patriarch to his large family and is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Sharon, sister, Eileen (Rod), children Sherilyn (Kim), Stanley (Karen), Phyllis (Stan), Terry (Bianka) and Lorae (Hugh), 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He will be fondly remembered and missed by his many nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
