Learning how to ride horses when I was a little kid. I remember him telling me that horses bite and when Nacoma threw me off, she came over to make sure I was ok, but I freaked out because I thought she was going to bite me.

Dear Deuerling Family : May God grant you strength at this time of loss ! Dan and I are classmates from the Class of 1973 at St. Edward's Catholic School in Little Rock. He was a great guy who was always fun to be around. Dan went on to Subiaco and I attended Catholic High School so our paths separated. His mother gave Catholic instruction to my sister and I. Mrs. Deuerling was a sweet angel ! Now Dan is reunited with his mother and all of our loved ones who have gone to Heaven. May Dan rest in the Peace of Christ !!! He always let me come over and play with his Doberman “Budweiser”. And sometimes I think about a particular gathering where he and my cousin Tammy were dancing to “Somebody’s Knocking”. And the time we were out in the boat, and he was on the water skis. The driver changed direction, and Danny got flung out across the water and he wasn’t hurt but it made me afraid of skiing!
