David Wayne Phillips

On the 17th of October, David Wayne Phillips passed away in his 45th year at St. Catharines General Hospital. Predeceased by his Mother Emily Phillips, his Father Donald Phillips, his sister Karen and his son Otavio. He will be dearly missed by his other children Zachary and his two beautiful daughters, his sisters Tammy (Charlie), Amy and his girlfriend Lori Ann. His loving Aunts Sharon and Judy and Uncle Jerry will keep him in their hearts forever. His 7 Stepbrothers and many cousins near and far will also hold David’s memory dear. A memorial service will be held November 1st, 2018 beginning with visitation at 1pm and service at 2pm being held at Needham Funeral Service located at 520 Dundas Street, London Ontario.
