Obituary of Norma Jean Putt
Norma Jean Putt, 87 of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Putt; parents, Charles & Charlotte Delph; one son, John Napper; and three grandchildren. Norma professed her faith in Christ many years ago. She enjoyed spending time with her children & grandchildren. Norma loved watching westerns and listening to music, especially anything by Elvis. She loved her family and always enjoyed fixing big family dinners. Norma respected the members of the military for their service. She also had a love for animals. The work of charities was important to Norma and she donated to many charitable causes over the years, including St. Jude. Left to cherish her memory, daughters, Judy Napper & Carol (Leland) Lee; sons, Larry Napper (Stephanie) & Mark Putt (Rhonda); stepsons, Dewey Putt (Nancy) & Bobby Putt (Jean); brother, Louis Delph (Janet); 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation Monday, August 5, 2019 10am-1pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy., with a Celebration of Norma’s life at 1pm in the Arch L. Heady & Son Chapel. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
