Cody Vincent Brittain

Cody V. Brittain was born on October 16, 1992 in Mesquite, Texas to Sandra Smith and entered into eternal rest on May 26, 2019 at the age of 26. Cody was a funny and caring guy, who would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. He always had a huge smile on his face and was a very loving person. Cody cared about his family and friends. His favorite color was green, enjoyed working out and loved tattoos. Cody was very neat and meticulous about his appearance and clothing. His favorite sport was soccer and he played when he was younger. Cody had a good hearted soul and was a free spirit. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Cody was preceded in death by his mother Sandra Smith, grandpa Vincent Smith, grandma Barbara Scott, uncle Wayne Nuss and uncle Thomas Smith. He is survived by his sister Tori Faye Smith of Dallas, brother Nathan Haller of Gun Barrel City, cousin Alexander Nuss of Gun Barrel City, cousin Trevor Nuss of Gun Barrel City, aunt Stacie Nuss of Gun Barrel City, uncle Robert Scott of Dallas, uncle Vince Smith and wife Kari and their 2 daughters of Grand Prairie, cousin Zoi Scott, cousin Tate Scott, brother Daniel Scott of Gun Barrel city, brother Brandon Scott of Gun Barrel City and both of their families, grandmother Sandra O’Brian Smith, father James Brittain, great-aunt Marilyn Chavez of Dallas, other loving family members and many more lifelong friends.
