Emily Anne Dull, 25, of Loves Park, Il. is now joined with her mom and all the angels in heaven. In a life well celebrated, Emily‘s final earthly mission was the impact she created in joining all the community together to provide search, support and genuine love to her family at such a difficult time. Emily loved her family, and the pure joy she shared together with her sisters, wrestling, playing jokes on each other and bonding with sisterly love. Emily enjoyed the friendships made with band members of “On My Six” and the rest of the 815 music community. She was an artist who thought outside the box and showcased her talent with her art creations, and make-up application. Reading fiction novels, watching T.V. sleeping in, and entertaining her nieces and nephews, were simple pleasures that made her content in life. Emily and her dad were close, “we loved each other”. The family extends a well of gratitude to the community for all their love, efforts and prayers. Your support held us together and now we move forward with the healing process. Emily was born in Rockford on November 25, 1991 to Tom and Lynette Dull. She rests in peace on October 8, 2017. Emily is survived by, father, Tom Dull; siblings, Brian and Nathan Gent, Nicole (Craig) Foster, Caitlin (Donald) Simpson; nieces and nephews, Austin (Kelsey Lehman) Foster, Morissa and Aubree Foster, Parisa Shahamat, Kassidy, Addison and Brody Gent; great niece, Aaliyah Foster; grandmother, Vivian. Predeceased by mother, Lynette Dull; grandparents, Curtis Dull, Glen (Charlotte) Argyle. A life well celebrated service: 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 19 at Sunset Funeral Home 8800 N. Alpine Rd. Machesney Park, IL. Visitation: 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18 at Sunset. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
