Freelin Shoemaker McGlothing

Our mother, Freelin Shoemaker McGlothing, passed away last Saturday in Sugarland, Texas on June 1st, 2019 at age 97. She lived a healthy, vibrant, memorable life. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren have experienced Fee’s immeasurable love and are forever changed by her presence. She has left a legacy of strength of spirit and love for family. She enjoyed her friends, genealogical research, dancing, travel, Junction family reunions, her dog, Riley, and every other dog or cat she met. She enjoyed her church very much. In lieu of flowers, please honor Freelin with a donation to your favorite organization of service to the community. Sunday, June 9th, 2019, we will have a gathering of Fee’s family and friends at the Highland Haven Community Center from 1:00-3:00 pm, Highland Haven, Texas, followed by memorial service at the Lakeland Hills Cemetery, Burnet County, Texas at 4:00 pm.
