Fred B Smithwick III, age 70, died on Wednesday October 2, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Fred was preceeded in death by his parents Fred Smithwick II and Adeline Smithwick. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Sheila Smithwick, his two sisters Emily Traylor (Mike) and Sallie Turner, children Fred Smithwick IV (Caroline) and Sara Moultrie (Dennis). One of his greatest joys was his grandchildren : Eli, Ethan, Ellie, Jessi, Brandon, Landon and Isaac. Family will have a celebration of his life on Saturday October 19, 2019 from 12 to 3pm in the Family Room at Holy Rosary Church 4851 Park Ave, Memphis Tn 38117.
