Mrs. Freddye Loyce Shaw Shoffner, age 94, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Freddye was born in Marshall County, MS. She grew up in Red Banks, MS, the only child of James B. & Mable Thompson Shaw. Preceded in death by husband, Charles Shoffner who raised their family in Memphis, TN.
She is survived by daughters Joyce Williams, Olive Branch, MS and Kathy Faherty, son-in-law, Jim Faherty of Memphis, TN; grandsons Ricky Williams, Jeff (Dawn) Williams of Memphis and Chris (Toni) Faherty of Cordova, TN; great-grandchildren Jason Williams, Justin Williams, Kristina (Will) Williams-Gowan, and Kate & Evie Faherty; and great-great-grandson Ryder Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son-in-law Jerry Williams, grandson David Williams and great-granddaughter Elise Williams. Family and friends will gather on Saturday morning, the 12th of January from 8:30 a.m. until funeral services begin at 10:00 a.m. all at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119.The funeral will be led by Rev.
