Robert David Owens

Robert David OWENS, age 71, of Brighton, Tennessee passed away on Sunday October 6, 2019. Robert was born February 15, 1948 in Memphis, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents Dan & Nina Owens and his son Marty David. Robert D. Owens was a retired Captain of Bartlett Police Department. He was treasure for the Fraternal Order of Police, Bartlett Lodge. He also served our country in the Vietnam War for the Navy. He loved to play golf so much he had a weekly golf night with his closest friends on Tuesdays. Everyone knew to come on Tuesday nights to hang out and enjoy hanging out with him. He is survived by his children Russell Owens (Kim Owens), Terri Amanda Owens (Jake Douglas), Randy Powell along with 7 beautiful grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
