IN THE CARE OF
Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home
Stephen Leo Veccherelli III of Southbury, Connecticut passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 in Waterbury Hospital after a sudden heart attack.
Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on April 9,1971, to the late Stephen Leo Veccherelli Jr. and Karen Czarnecke, Steve was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, great-uncle and friend.
Steve “Vecc” was the life of the party. If music was playing, Steve was dancing like nobody was watching. In his free time, he could be found riding his motorcycle or watching the Steelers.
He was a hardworking, laid-back individual always living his life to it’s fullest. His carefree personality could light up any room and his contagious laughter followed by his signature saying “what’s going onnn?!” will forever be in our memory.
His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his son, Joseph Stephen Veccherelli of Middlebury, CT, mother, Karen Czarnecke of Oxford, CT, siblings: Sheri Kae Veccherelli of Stratford, CT, Lisa Lyn Czarnecke of Thomaston, CT, Michelle Kielczewski of Prospect, CT, Gary Czarnecke Jr. of Oxford, CT and Jason Czarnecke of Wolcott, CT. Nieces and nephews: Stephen, Amanda, Tyler, Mackenzie, Isabella, Abigail, Carson, Avery and Jason and great-nephew Dominic.
