John Clarence Schurko

John was born and raised in Yonkers NY. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He had a life long career at the General Motors in Tarrytown. He is survived by his children Amy (Joe) Delia , Matt (Valerie) Schurko , Allison Schurko (Jon Sternkopf), Nicole Schurko, and his step children, Kelly, Annetta, Melissa and Daniel Cloke and their families all formally from Montrose and Croton area. He is also survived by his sister Terry and Brother Herbert and their families as well and many nieces nephews and grandchildren. At the other end of this journey his parents have happily called him home to Heaven to be by their side. He loves the beach, gardening, children, and cooking. For him life was a gamble you roll the dice do your best ,give it your all and live for today.
