Obituary of Jason William Burnett
Jason William Burnett 38, of Hendersonville died Monday, June 3rd, 2019 at his home. Jason was born on September 5th, 1980 in Nashville, TN, the son of Edward Doyle Burnett and Janie Faye Atwood Redden. He was engaged to the love of his life, Pamela Episcopo. A man of many incredible talents; when he set his mind to doing or learning something, he truly mastered it. Jason loved art and was really an artist. He drew many pictures for other people and his family, and he designed and created many pieces of jewelry. He loved music and playing his guitar, animals, and fossils. He had a huge heart and would help anyone and everyone he met in life. He loved to laugh and make those around him laugh with his sense of humor. Jason never gave up in life, and he came to accept Christ. He will be truly missed by all those that were blessed to know him. Surviving is his mother, Janie (husband, Gary) Redden; sister, Lindsey Redden; grandmother, Betty Redden; his fiancé, Pamela Episcopo; step sisters, Jessica Eldridge and Ashton Redden; step brothers, David and Daniel Redden; aunts, Linda Atwood, Jeanne Fields, Cheryl Thompson, Jerrie Goins, and Betty Elliot; uncles Ray Atwood, William Redmond, and Bobby Burnett; one very special cousin and friend, Stephanie Pina; and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, and great friends. Preceding him in death is his father, Edward Doyle Burnett; maternal grandparents, William and Maxine Atwood; paternal grandparents, Hollis and Ocie Burnett; one aunt, Sue Woodroof; and two uncles, Mickey and Bert Atwood. A gathering of friends and family will be from five o’clock in the evening until eight o’clock on Thursday, June 6th, 2019 and from eleven o’clock in the morning until one o’clock on Friday, June 7th, 2019 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be at one o’clock in the afternoon on Friday in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with Celebrant Greg Comp officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
