Sharon Kay Moore

Sharon K. Moore, 58 of Norman, OK passed away at 8:03 am on Thursday, June 20, 2019 and is now resting in the arms of our Lord. Sharon was born on July 19, 1960 to Versa and Wayne Lowe. She met a handsome young man by the name of Eddie Moore while she worked at Sonic in high school. They fell in love and married on September 19, 1978. They had three beautiful children, Amanda, Johnathon and Natasha. Sharon kept busy with three kids and working as a CNA most of her career. She had a laugh that was contagious, you always knew when she was around. Sharon accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was baptized on April 28, 2019. Sharon is preceded in death by her husband Eddie Moore; parents, Versa and Wayne Lowe; daughter, Natasha Moore; nephew, Jeremy Browning and two brother-in-laws, Larry Coats and Bill Browning. Left behind to Cherish the memories of Sharon are her children, Johnathon Moore of Norman, Amanda Rowell and husband JJ and their children, Donavan and Paisley Rowell of Norman; grandchildren, Kadyn, Gabriel and Nathaniel Michaud of Gillette Wyoming; sister, Linda Coats of Norman; nephews, J.R. and Lance Coats of Norman, Layne Coats of Enid. Sharon was loved by many and she will forever be missed. Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Sharon will be held Tuesday, June 25th at 2:00 pm at the Alameda Baptist Church with Pastor Tristan Martin Officiating. Interment will follow to Hillside Cemetery in Purcell, OK with Mike Browning, Ricky Parker, Hunter Ryan, Brett Thomas, Daniel Harrewyn and Lance Coats serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be JJ Rowell and Donavan Rowell. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Monday, June 24th from 6-8 pm.
