Mildred P. Spenny

Mildred Pauline Spenny, 97, passed away October 6, 2019 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Born January 11, 1922 in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of Frank Lawrenz and Maude (Childers) Lawrenz. Mildred loved gardening and growing flowers. She was a “Military Wife” and keeping house and raising two sons was a full time job. Mildred was a proud member of the Red Hat Society. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, Maurice Spenny, one son, Ron Spenny, and one sister Florence. Survivors include one son, Mark Spenny of Issaquah, Washington; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mildred will be entombed at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 11, 2019 at Arlington Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Midwest City, Oklahoma.
