Obituary of Bonnie Leah Peletz
Bonnie Leah Peletz, 63, of Bainbridge passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at Post Acute Medical, Wilkes-Barre, PA. She was born February 24, 1956 in Sidney, NY the daughter of the late Richard Elwin and Lena Belle (Yaeger) Horton. Bonnie married Joseph C. Peletz on April 19, 1999 in Hamlin, New York. For several years, Bonnie was a receptionist for her son, Tim at Price Automotive in Sidney. Bonnie was a country girl; she loved all kinds of animals and enjoyed tending to her little farm, riding horses, listening to country music, hopping in the car and traveling the country roads and going nowhere. She liked doing puzzles, playing Sudoku, chess and scrabble (which she would purposely lose at so people would play with her) and she enjoyed all holidays but Christmas was her favorite. She was an excellent cook who could make something out of nothing. Bonnie was selfless, empathetic and kind who would rather do for others than to have something done for her. She always found the good in people even when no one else could see it. But the most important thing to Bonnie was her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved each one and enjoyed every moment doting on them and spoiling them. Bonnie is survived by her loving husband, Joe Peletz, Bainbridge; 6 children, Jamie Lee Price and Eric Mertz, Bainbridge, Tim Price and Ashley Lyons, Bainbridge and Craig Peletz and Hannah Bradley, Afton; Joe, Jr. and Sheryl Draper, Hamlin, Brian Peletz and Janice Lee, Ft.
