Joseph McAdams

Joseph M. McAdams, 85, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at the home of his niece Misty-Ann Armenti. Joe was born October 16, 1933, in Maryland, N.Y. the son of the late Herbert and Mae (Harvey) McAdams. He married Patricia Hulbert on February 14, 1976. She predeceased him on June 15, 2003. Joe was a farmer for many years. He also worked as a carpenter for Caveman Construction for the last 17 years prior to his retirement. Joe was an avid deer hunter and enjoyed the outdoors. He also had a love of country music. Joe was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend to many. He is survived by his children, Dustin McAdams (Melissa) Davenport, Cynthia (Donald Starr, Jr.) Jonathan Jr. (Betty) Dean, Sandra (Kelly) Mallette, Lance, Darcia, JoJo and Joan McAdams. Joe is also survived by his sister Yvonne Darling. His grandchildren Sierrah McAdams Bullock (Trey), Kirsten, Peyton, Cooper McAadams as well several other grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his special nieces and nephews Misty-Ann, Trish, Shona Bella, Scott, Brad, and Aiden; many other nieces nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by an infant daughter, Patricia. A celebration of Joe’s life will be held at a later date and at the convenience of the family.
