MOOTZ, Florena Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, with her friends by her side on Wednesday, October 24th, 2018, at 90 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Jack Mootz and aunt of the late Glenn Pain She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her sister Dorothy (Pain) Bird, her niece Vicky Di Tommaso, her nephew Terry and his wife Josie Pain, great nephew Shane and his wife Katherine Di Tommaso and their daughters Arianna and Elena, her ever faithful friend Flo White, her extended family and many friends. Many thanks to the staff of the Trauma Unit and Supportive Care at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their compassionate and loving care. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, November 21st from 1:00 p.m. until time of Celebration of Life in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Lakeridge Health Foundation would be appreciated.
