Franciszek “Frank” Kosciulek Passed away after a short illness August 3, 2019, at the age of 98. Will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 68 years, Maria. Loving Father of Christine (Gene) Proud grandfather of Elizabeth (Dave) and Christopher. Loving Great grandfather of Nicholas and Benjamin. We would like to thank the 2nd floor north staff of the Medex for their excellent care. Visitation will take place Thursday August 8th , 2019 2-4pm and 7-9pm at McEvoy Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa. Funeral Mass, Friday August 9th at 10 Am at St. Hyacinth Roman Catholic Polish Church, 201 Lebreton St. N, Ottawa. In lieu of flowers a donation, would be appreciated, which can be sent to St. Hyacinth Roman Catholic Church.
