ANGIONE, Amelia (née D’Alessio) Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, with family by her side at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Alfredo Angione for over 67 years. Loving mother of Carmela (Mario), John, Tony (Heather) and Bob (Jacqueline). Cherished Nana of Elena, Sonya, John, Rob, Julie, Krista, Alfredo, Nicholas, Anthony, Sara, Christian and Alessia. Great- Nana of 12. Dear sister of Rose DiLauro and Maria Pippollo. Sister-in-law of Francesco Ciervo, Rosa D'Alessio and Christina D’Alessandro. Amelia will be fondly remembered by her daughter-in-law Brenda, her nieces, nephews and their extended families. Predeceased by her parents Enrico and Anza D’Alessio. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 2:00-4:30 p.m. at the COMSTOCK-KAYE Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Liguori Roman Catholic Church, 1066 Western Ave. Entombment to follow at Rosemount Memorial Gardens.
