CARTER, Evelyn Mary (nee-Ross) Passed away peacefully at Springdale Country Manor on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of Kenneth Robert Carter for 71 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends for her kindness, caring and generosity. Much loved mom to Wayne (Lenore), Lynne (Bernard), Glenn (Donna), and Stephen. Proud grandma of Kelly, Keevin, Heather (Jamie Cavers), Tracy (Kasun Peiris), Thomas Rugman (Kari), Kimberly (Jonathan Tait) and Jeffery. Great grandma to Emma and Nathan Cavers and Ryan and Crystal Carter-Tait. Predeceased by her parents Glenn Ross and Minnie Edwards and half sister Helen Urquhart (Arthur). A special thank you to the staff at Springdale Country Manor for their kindness and compassionate care. Keeping with Evelyn’s wishes cremation has taken place.
