Norbert Raymond Feltz

Norbert Raymond Feltz , 94, of Easley, SC passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2019 at the Rainey Hospice House of Anderson. Born in St Anthony, Ohio, he was the son of the late Edward J Feltz and Louisa Muhlenkamp Feltz, Werling. (Norb) spent his early years on the family farm with his siblings, Rosemary, Joe, Hilda, Agnes and Mary Catherine. He was predeceased by all siblings but Agnes Wenning of Dayton, Ohio. He was a Marine and Air Force Military Veteran and served in both the Korean War and World War II. After Norbert retired from the Air Force , he moved to the South Carolina area with his wife, Wilma. He enjoyed farming, raising cattle, lawn work, camping & fishing. Together they loved square dancing and enjoyed traveling the country with square dance clubs for many years. Norbert is predeceased by his loving wife, Wilma J Bryant, Feltz, sharing 67 years of marriage. He is survived by his three daughters, Joyce Parker(Ronnie), Rhonda Currin(Robert), and Linda Marie Feltz; his five grandchildren, Andrea Thompson(Glenn), Diana Tompkins(Farris), Nick Parker(Joli), Lucas Currin(Emily), and Amos Parker(Brittany); twelve great- grandchildren, DJ Sweeney, Dustin Sweeney, Dariann Sweeney, Alysha Kotkowski, Savannah Parker, Emerson Tompkins, Jayden Parker, Olivia Tompkins, Avery Currin, Jaxon Parker, Raylan Parker and Cale Currin. Norb was also predeceased by one great- grandson, Haiden Parker. Visitation will be held on Friday, Aug 30th, 2019 12 pm until 1 pm at Dillard Funeral Home. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 1 pm, with Chaplain Kevin Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
