GOLDBERG, HELEN, 101, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2019. Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Annie (Kurganas) Goldberg.
She is survived by her brother Murray L. Goldberg; nieces Monica Vafiades and Caroline Blecher; and nephews Bryan and Derek Goldberg. She was the sister of the late Milton D. Goldberg who passed away on August 15, 2019.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Tifereth Israel Synagogue, 145 Brownell Ave, New Bedford, MA 02740.
