Ralph C. Forte

Ralph C. Forte, 91, formerly of Douglas Avenue, North Providence passed away June 5, 2019 in Berkshire Place. He was the husband of Amelia (Novello) Forte. Born in Trenton, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Philip and Mary (Bartolomei) Forte. Mr. Forte was employed as a printer for over 35 years for Dupont Chemicals in Concordville, PA before retiring to Wildwood, NJ, then onto Winter Haven, FL. He spent 37 years in retirement, working various part-time jobs and then golfing as much as possible. He was a devoted family man who took good care of those he loved. He was a very friendly guy who made it a point to get to know those around him. He could strike up a conversation with anyone he met, as if they had been friends for years. He is survived by his son Ralph Forte, Jr. (Amelia) of Rothesay, New Brunswick, Canada and his daughter, Phyllis Bourque (Ronald) of Pawtucket, RI; Grandchildren Carla Evers (John) of Cranston, Emily Forte of Saint John, Canada, Valerie Perez (Amin) of North Providence, Daniel Forte of Toronto, Canada; great-grandchildren Daniel, Kyle, Logan, Abbey, and Amelia. He is also survived by his brother Philip Forte (Barbara) of St. Louis, Missouri and sister-in-law Vincenza Corso of Winter Springs, FL, and many nieces, nephews and cousins scattered through the United States and Italy.
