Mom was dedicated to raising her twelve children, her family meant everything to her. She had a great sense of humor, loved the sound of laughter, and loved music, especially the guitar as her husband Keith played. Many of her children play the guitar, they would play at family gatherings, and made sure they played all her favorite songs. Mom was very artistic, loved folk art, sewing, cooking and gardening. Mom always loved family gatherings in her beautiful backyard where she prepared many of our favorite meals and entertained all the grandchildren with many jokes and stories of her life.
