Norma Valerie Royal

ROYAL, Norma Valerie (October 28, 1963-June 29, 2019) age 55, passed away peacefully at St. Paul's Hospital. She leaves to cherish her memory; common law partner of 20 years Dexter Cheekinew; daughters Elizabeth and Andrea; brothers Floyd, Frank (Colette), Carl, Douglas, Cyrus and Ryan; sisters Cecille and Karen; granddaughters Kyla, Shadyn, Cynthia, Kailynn, Emily, Tiah, Shaila, Alysiah and Kyah; grandsons Landon, Shane and Joshua. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents Robert Royal and Martha Bear; maternal grandparents Paul Littlecrow and Catherine Peters; parents Maurice and Pauline Royal; brothers Irvin and Eldon; sister Yvonne; great nieces Olivia, Farrah and Dana; great nephew Jeremy and niece Baby Girl Royal. Norma attended Moose Woods School (Whitecap, SK), Queen Mary School (Prince Albert, SK) and Nutana Collegiate (Saskatoon, SK). Norma was a homemaker most of her life who enjoyed family gatherings where she always laughed and talked about memories growing up. Norma was kind, loving and gentle, she adored her grandchildren very much who always brought her joy. In her past time she would watch movies, listen to music, do puzzles and cook where she always fed people who visited her.
