ZODROW, Gunter - It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Gunter Zodrow at the age of 78. He passed away in his sleep after having a brief struggle with ALS. Devoted husband of Maureen (nee Maltman). Loving father of Michael (Jessica) and Monica Caughill (Tyler). Proud papa of Jake Caughill and Zak Zodrow. Brother of Erwin (Julia) of Sydney NS and the late Betty Socchia. Brother-in-law of Patricia and Ivan Korbut, Catherine and Barry Caverly, David and Bonnie Maltman, John Maltman (late Carolyn) and late Peter Maltman. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Gunter will also be missed by his best friend Roland Litalien as well as many friends in Germany, Canada and the USA. A memorial service will be held at Central United Church on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 11 am. The Rev. Laurie Milito officiating. Interment Cloudslee Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions to Central United Church or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
