Clarence Gragert

Clarence Carl Gragert, age 96, passed away on July 5, 2019 at Miner Nursing Center in Miner, MO. He was born July 9, 1922 in Blue Hill, Nebraska to the late Walter and Hauke Margaret Goos Gragert. He was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Sikeston, MO. Clarence retired in 1982 from International Harvester, Inc. where he was a district sales manager. In 1947 he married Vera Good Gragert who preceded him in death on September 17, 2015. He is survived by one sister, Irene H. Goldsmith and several Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 10:00 a.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO., Rev. Alan Wollenburg, pastor at Concordia Lutheran Church in Sikeston, MO., officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis, MO. Pallbearers will be Bart Grant, Dwayne Lorenz, Erich Mueller, Brandon Tinnin, Norman Werner and Steve Gragert. Honorary pallbearers will be Ernie Froehlich, Ed Gragert and Michael Gragert.
