Fred Bellsmith

Born April 29, 1939 Died October, 28, 2018 Fred was born in Toronto to Edward and Rose. He spent his life working as a newspaper pressman, first in Toronto Ontario then later in Vancouver, printing the Sun and Province papers. Fred was active in his church singing in the choir and quartets. He and his late wife Grace sang together at church and several care homes. Together they composed over 100 gospel songs. Fred was also an active author, writing and publishing four books as well as many letters to the Editor of several local newspapers. Fred is survived by. Daughters, Kimberlea (Bob), Kerri, and son Michael (Stacy). He was pre-deceased by his oldest son Gregory. He is also survived by five grandsons, Christopher, Andrew, Aaron, Adam, and Alan and one granddaughter Ireland. He also leaves three Great-grandsons, Christian, Spencer, and Colton and two Great-granddaughters Mylie and Mikayla. Service of remembrance to be held at 11:00 am on Monday November 5, 2018, at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14631 28th Avenue, Surrey BC.
