IN THE CARE OF
Victory Memorial Park & Funeral Centre
Gordon Snider passed away at his home in Richmond, B.C. at the age of 91. A man of deep faith, he was ready to go to his rest in his heavenly home.
A devoted family man, Gordon is survived by Thelma, his wife of 67 years, their children, Sandra, Kevin (Ruth), and Audrey; his grandchildren Bradley, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Melissa, and their spouses; and his adored great grandchildren, Aasha, Logan, Levi, Taylor, Karsten, and AJ.
Family man, faithful servant, gardener, resourceful do-it-yourselfer, horseman, fisherman, hunter. Hardworking, dependable, a good neighbor, respected and loved, he lived by his principles.
The seventh of fifteen children, Gordon grew up on the family farm in Macoun, Saskatchewan. After he moved to the Westcoast, he worked for more than 40 years in the plywood manufacturing industry. The young man left the farm, but the farm never left the man.
Celebration of Life, Victory Memorial Park and Cemetery, 14831 28 Ave., Surrey, B.C. 1:00pm followed by the interment and reception.
