Timmie Perrin Elliott, born March 22, 1960 and passed away at his home on October 8, 2019 after a brief illness. Tim was the son of William and LaVerne Elliott of Odessa, Texas. They moved to Texarkana in 1971.
Tim worked at Opportunities Inc for 30 years and had multiple positions there, he was also an experienced long haul trucker and had traveled all over U.S. and Canada. He volunteered at the Lindsey Railroad Museum Downtown Texarkana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Debra Elliott, a niece, Niecie Perkins, and Mr. and Ms. Weber.
He is survived by his Life Partner of 35 years, Jeff Weber, sister, Ernestine Moody and husband Leroy, brothers, William Elliott and wife, Glenda, Bargie, and wife, Sandy; multiple nieces and nephews, along with Jeff's sisters and brothers in Ohio and Virginia.
Celebration of Life Service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Evergreen Baptist Church, 298 Cantrell St., Nash, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
