James Edward Rowe was born on April 7, 1923 in Sheffield, England and passed away on August 1, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario.
There will be a Memorial Visitation held at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin St) on Saturday, August 10th from 3-4pm followed by the Memorial Service at 4pm.
