Josephine Risi

It's with a broken heart we announce the passing of the forever loved Josephine Risi. This special woman left this world on May 15, 2018. The same day as her Father John Borg 18 years ago. Josephine is survived by her caring Mother Carmela Borg, cherished Father in-law Nazzareno Risi, adoring Mother in-law Raffaella Risi and devoted husband Vincent Risi of 44 wonderful years. Together they have 4 close loving children Ines Risi (Vito Tomasicchio) Michelle Risi (Charlie Giordano) Jennifer Risi (Michael Myslicki) Jessica Risi (Tomasz Michalik) who will spend the rest of their days missing their beloved Mother. Josephine will be missed by her adoring grandchildren Vicent Tomasicchio, Venetta Giordano, Hudson Tomasicchio and Ophelia Myslicki. She will be lovingly remembered by all her countless friends and family, including her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Josephine Risi has left an indelible mark on all those she knew. She will always be loved and cherished now till forever. A visitation will be held at THE JERRETT FUNERAL HOME (1141 St. Clair Ave W., one block east of Dufferin St.) on Thursday, May 17 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and on Friday, May 18 from 2:00 – 4:00pm & 6:00 – 9:00pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at St. Clare’s Catholic Church (1118 St. Clair Ave, W. Toronto, ON). Entombment at Prospect Cemetery to follow.
