Visitation will be held on July 27, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Jerrett Funeral Homes, 1141 St Clair Ave West, Toronto, ON. Graveside Service will be held on July 28, 2018 at 2:30 pm at St. Volodymyr Cemetery, 1280 Dundas St. W., Oakville, Ontario.
