Luigi Pilosio

Luigi Pilosio was born on May 5, 1930 in Varmo, Udine, Italy and passed away on October 27, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 89 years. Luigi was predeceased by his beloved wife Sabina (nee Melchiori) in 1992. He is the loving Father of Loretta Tamburri, predeceased (George Tamburri), Luisa Magnani (Mike Bowskill) and Frank Magnani (Sandra). Cherished Nonno of Patricia, Anthony, Daniel, Sabrina and Great Grandfather of Gabriel and Wesley. He will be loved, deeply missed and forever remembered by all of his family and friends. A special thank you to all of the doctors, nurses and personal care workers at Providence Healthcare for all of their care. Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Tuesday, October 29th from 5pm-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 10am at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 540 St. Clair Ave. W. (at Vaughan Rd). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 8361 Yonge St., Thornhill. If desired, donations in Memory of Luigi Pilosio may be made to ALS Society of Canada (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).
