Maria Agueda Nunes was born on April 5, 1930 in Fontinhas, Praira Da Vitoria, Azores, Portugal and passed away surrounded by her loving family on February 1, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Predeceased by her Beloved Husband Francisco in 2009. Loving Mae of Francisco, Rui, Luisa (Joao Ribeiro), Roberto, Maria Agueda (Nelson Da Silva) and Ilda. Cherished Avo of Diana Ribeiro (Kevin Moore), Daniel Ribeiro (Krysta Pacheco), Michael Ribeiro (Sarah Filipo), Jason Da Silva (Cristina Ventura), Michelle (Rocco Briganti), Debby Nunes (Natalie Barrales-Hall), Kelly (Rob Farah), Samantha Vieira (Jordan De Sousa), Myles Vieira and Katelyn Vieira (Briana Soares) and Great Grandmother of Tyler, Jake, Mason, Mya, Ava, Dante, Avery, Max, Christian and Vanessa. Maria will be loved, remembered and deeply missed by all of her family here and in Portugal. Friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W (1 block east of Dufferin St) on Monday, February 4th from 2-4pm & 6-9pm. The funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 at 9:30am, at St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church, 1481 Dufferin St. (just south of Davenport Rd). Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery, 7241 Jane St., Concord (just north of Steeles)
