Theophanis Tsakas

Tsakas, Theophanis. Born April 8, 1929 and passed away peacefully on October 25, 2018. Predeceased by his wife, Foula. Survived by his two children, Elias and Marianna; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Fanis was born in Volos, Greece, married, had a family and moved to Canada in 1966 where he lived until he passed. He will be remembered as the life of the party. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday November 2, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. George's Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 4500 Arbutus Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. Father Timoleon Prattas officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Burnaby, British Columbia, with a reception to be held at the Greek Orthodox Community of East Vancouver, 4541 Boundary Road, Vancouver, British Columbia.
