Margaret Irene Gilchrist

In Loving Memory of Margaret Irene Gilchrist (Marnie) who passed away peacefully at Vernon Jubilee Hospital on December 27, 2018 at 91 years of age. She is survived by her brothers Sam Blakely (Janet) and Chuck Blakely (Faye); daughter Lynn Reynolds (Sandy); son Rick Gilchrist (Sue); grandchildren Stephen Reynolds, Jennifer Gillen (Mike), Christopher Reynolds (Stephanie), Tristen Gilchrist (Adam) and great-grandchildren Victoria, Piper, Ryker, Madelyn and Kayleigh. Marnie lived a full life and her accomplishments were many. She was a R.N., flight attendant and Alderman. She had a passion for skiing and loved to travel – she visited almost every continent. She had many friends who will miss her. She was a fiercely independent woman who was never stuck for an opinion. There will be a Celebration of Life in the spring.
