Leland Arnie Coad

Leland Arnie Coad was born on January 4, 1960 to Darlene Beers and step-dad, Harry Beers, the eldest child in a family of seven children. Leland was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Darlene, grandparents, Clifford and Helma Coad and brother in law, Jim Andrews. He was raised in Weyburn, Saskatchewan and received his schooling right through to the Weyburn Comprehensive. Leland lived his whole life in Weyburn. He liked to socialize with his friends and was always helping people around town. He liked to cut grass, shovel snow and was involved with Canadian Mental Health. Leland also enjoyed travelling and camping. Leland will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Cindy Andrews; sister, Lana Lansdell (Les Vandesype); brother, Darryl (Joanne) Coad; brother, Dale Coad; sister, Krystell Dahlen-Hilts (Brian Hilts) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation was held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Fletcher Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, Saskatchewan and a Private Family Graveside Service took place at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, Saskatchewan on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Leland may be made to the Heart & Stroke foundation or the Canadian Mental Health.
