Kayla Yolanda Huerta, age 17, of Wilmington, California passed away on Monday June 18, 2018, in San Pedro, CA. Kayla was born August 8, 2000 to Wendy Magallon and Jason Huerta. Kayla is survived by; daughter Madelyn Miramontes; mother Wendy Magallon and father Jason Huerta; grandmother Yolanda Gonzalez, grandfather Sergio Magallon and grandfather Joe Huerta. Kayla, is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles & cousins, who will keep her in their hearts forever. Visitation for Kayla will be, Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Wilmington, 1640 N Avalon Blvd, Wilmington, California 90744, with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. also at the mortuary. A Mass of Christian Burial is Friday, July 6, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at St. Peter & St. Paul Catholic Church, 515 W. Opp St., Wilmington, CA 90744. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 1500 E. San Antonio Dr., Long Beach, CA 90807.
