Obituary of Noemi Galvan Baeza
On June 29, 2018, Noemi Galvan Baeza, surrounded by her family, peacefully passed away after a valiant battle with cancer at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She was 45 years old. Noemi was born on November 14, 1972, in Lagos De Moreno, Jalisco Mexico. She moved to California at age one and lived in Wilmington for 19 years. She attended Holy Family Catholic School, Banning High School, class of '91, and Cerritos College. For over 20 years, Noemi was a very successful real estate agent. She was a top producing agent at Keller Williams Shoreline in Seal Beach, where she always went the extra mile for her clients. Noemi's many friends, co-workers, and clients described her as beautiful inside and out, amazing, kind, sweet, loving, gentle, fearless, positive, generous, a great mentor, inspirational, gorgeous, trustworthy, classy, vibrant and a hard worker. Noemi enjoyed her career, especially making her clients happy. Noemi is survived by her loving and devoted family including her husband Richard Baeza, their two beautiful children, Alyssa and Richard (Ritchie), parents Manuel and Martha Diaz Lopez, sister Wendy Lopez, brothers Alejandro Galvan (Joanna), and Mark Anthony Lopez. She will be remembered with much love and fondness by her aunts, uncles, cousins, in laws, nephews and nieces. Noemi and Richard were married for 24 happy years. They settled in Seal Beach to raise their two children. Noemi lived for her children and husband. Noemi planned many family vacations and chose the best places to go all over the world. She was looking forward to more travels with Richard, who retired recently from the Los Angeles Police Department. Alyssa and Ritchie were absolutely adored by Noemi, who always made time to volunteer for their school activities. At home, Noemi and Richard often spent nights out having dinner or cocktails at their favorite places. Noemi was a huge Dodgers fan and season ticket holder who enjoyed going to Dodgers games with her family. Spending time with family was Noemi's highest priority. A big heart and generous spirit characterized this amazing woman, who often provided sage advice to friends and family. Noemi always found a way to help those who came to her for counsel. Noemi enjoyed life to the fullest and was loved by everyone. Noemi was known for hosting many elegant holiday parties at her home for family and friends. As Noemi bravely battled cancer, she never lost her faith in God. Noemi was a spiritual person who shared her love of God with her family. Noemi has gone to heaven but will never be forgotten here on earth. A Visitation from 4:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m with a Prayer service at 6 p.m. will be held on July 8, 2018, at Funeraria Del Angel Wilmington Mortuary 1640 North Avalon Boulevard, Wilmington California. A Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in memory of Noemi on July 11, 2018, at 2:00 PM at St. Hedwig Catholic Church, 11482 Los Alamitos Blvd, Los Alamitos, California.
